Nevirapine Hemihydrate is the pediatric version of the HIV drug Nevirapine. Boehringer Ingelheim, the patent-holder, has been involved in licensing arrangements and competition settlements over this drug. The Indian Patent Office rejected the patent in this case. Read more HERE.
