I-MAK has joined with a number of public interest groups in filing an amici brief to the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington supporting the USPTO’s appeal for implementation of the new U.S patent rules. The appeal by the USPTO is in response to the decision of the Federal District Court for Eastern Virginia which blocked the proposed new rules. Further details of the story can be read here.
